The Adjudicator confirms the dates for the submission of claims and statements as well as the hearing date during this session, and explains the Tribunal's function and processes.
 
According to the laws of the Trade Dispute Tribunal, attorneys are not allowed to represent a party or witness.
Additionally, Mr. Clifton explains the procedure and what to expect throughout the trial time. First case hearings are scheduled for December 4th, 2024, while second case hearings are scheduled for December 6th, 2024.The Tribunal will evaluate both sides and render final conclusions following the hearing.
 
The Trade Dispute Tribunal is a court office that handles cases involving employees and their employers. The claim cost is VT 10,000. Only cases from the Labor Office, court, and the Minister of Internal Affairs are handled by the tribunal.
